About 400 joined the march last Saturday night, marking the 10th anniversary of the anti-gay lynching of Wyoming student Matthew Shepard.

The Radical Cheerleaders provided some comic relief.

Keynoter Wayne Besen (www.DumpDobson.org) has spent considerable time exposing the "ex gay" myth.

Trans activist June LaTrobe explains that Matthew Shepard's murder was just the tip of the iceberg -- trans people are attacked at a far higher rate than all LGBT people on average.

"Straight" bar patrons in the Wrigleyville neighborhood applaud the march against homophobia as it passes them.
