Call for Volunteers For Freedom to Marry Day!

Last night's Gay Liberation Network meeting made plans for this year's celebration / protest for Freedom to Marry Day, and we need your help!

Beginning Saturday, January 14th we will begin sending out teams of people to circulate posters and flyers throughout Chicago (and 'burbs) for this year's event. The first teams will be meeting at 3 pm that day at Clarke's Restaurant at 920 W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago. If that doesn't fit your schedule, there will be other days, both weekdays and weekends, when we'll have teams going out.

If YOU can help out, please call Andy at 773-209-1187 and we will try to work out a time you can volunteer that will fit your schedule.

In Chicago we will be celebrating Freedom to Marry Day with a protest at 11 AM, Saturday, February 11th in front of the Marriage License Bureau, 118 N. Clark Street (across the street from Daley Plaza), Chicago.
