Join the GLN Contingent In This Year's Gay Pride Parade!

Each year the Gay Liberation Network organizes a contingent at Chicago's Gay Pride Parade focusing on issues of direct concern to our community, joining with other progressive groups in the LGBT community and our allies.

This year we will take as our theme the coming elections and focus on the fact that none of the current major candidates endorse full legal equality for LGBT people. We will also continue to voice our opposition to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars (and the threat of a new war on Iran), whose projected cost of $3 trillion is robbing every community of needed resources.

This year we will meet at a new location: the corner of Halsted and Wellington (3000 N.) at 11 AM, Sunday, June 29th.

Whether or not you've ever participated in a GLN activity before, we invite you to join us! For more information, please call Andy at 773.209.1187
