Their keynote speaker will be Sandy Rios, who has claimed that the Matthew Shepard story was a "fraud," that he died from a "drug-related" death, and that there was a plan by liberals to kill Matt to use him as "propaganda" for LGBT acceptance. Rios also claims that LGBT love is like the "love" that Cleveland kidnapper Ariel Castro had for his victims.
